What began as a spark of inspiration on my couch—and a quick dash to my studio to create a tiny 5cm paper cutout—evolved into a sculpture I’m truly proud of. Exhibiting Harmony in DIFC’s vibrant courtyard, surrounded by nightlife, lights, and live music, was an unforgettable, perfect setting.
Harmony is a sculpture exploring the balance between human progress and nature’s preservation. Composed of two intersecting acrylic sheets—one symbolizing Earth's crust, the other urbanization—it emphasizes sustainability and our environmental impact. With a gentle push, it sways side-to-side, mirroring the delicate balance of development and nature. Its reflective surface invites viewers to consider their role in maintaining this equilibrium.
